Absolutely! We encourage a supportive atmosphere. Non-participants can cheer, volunteer, or simply be part of the energy.
Will there be medical assistance available?
Yes. Hydration stations, first aid, and certified medical professionals will be present throughout the event route.

Do I need to be a trained runner to join?
